Location: Whipps Cross, London E17
Awarding Body: Qualsafe Awards
Course Length: 2 days (0900–1800)

Our FREC 3 RPL London course runs over two days and is designed for firefighters, CFRs and responders with FPOS, FROS or RTACC who need to gain the FREC 3 qualification to progress. Whether you’re moving on to FREC 4, stepping into a new role, or keeping your skills current, this route gets you there quickly.

Training is delivered by experienced frontline clinicians and stays practical throughout. You’ll work with real kit, mock patients and realistic scenarios that reflect the jobs you actually attend. It’s focused, hands-on and built around decision-making, not box-ticking. You’ll be assessed against the FREC 3 standard with a strong instructor to learner ratio.

By the end of the course, you’ll have consolidated your existing knowledge, filled any gaps, and achieved FREC 3 in London, ready to move on to FREC 4. You’ll also leave with clear feedback and straightforward guidance on your next steps.
