About Us.
We deliver compliance and clinical training for businesses across the UK, covering First Aid Training, Pre-Hospital Care Training, health and social care, manual handling, and fire safety.
What sets us apart is how we deliver it. Our training is led by clinicians with real frontline experience, not just instructors reading from slides. We build courses around real scenarios, using practical, hands-on learning that reflects what people are likely to face in the real world.
For those looking to go beyond basic first aid, we deliver structured pathways including FREC 3 Course, FREC 4 Course, and Immediate Life Support (ILS) Course, supporting learners working in higher-risk environments or progressing into pre-hospital roles.
Alongside training, we provide clinical governance support to organisations operating in higher-risk environments. This includes guidance, oversight, and structured frameworks to ensure staff are working safely, within scope, and in line with current clinical standards.
Our focus is simple. We want people to leave confident. Not just with a certificate, but with the ability to step in and act when it matters.
We create a supportive, relaxed learning environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing their skills properly. Storytelling plays a big part in this, helping learners understand not just what to do, but why it matters.
We do not see training as a tick box exercise. We care about standards, delivery, and outcomes.
As an approved Qualsafe Awards centre, our qualifications are nationally recognised and externally quality assured.
