FREC Training For Security Teams

Five-Day, In-Person Course with Practical Assessments.

The FREC 3 and FREC 4 Courses run over five days and combine classroom learning with hands-on, scenario-based training. You'll cover everything from patient assessment and trauma care to airway management and CPR, preparing you for real emergencies in the field.

We also offer a three-day FREC 3 requalification course for learners whose certification is due to expire and who want to refresh their skills without repeating the full five-day programme.

If you already hold a related qualification such as FPOS or RTACC, you may be eligible for our two-day FREC 3 RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) route, which builds on your existing knowledge and fast-tracks you to FREC certification.

For those who’ve completed FREC 4, we recommend Immediate Life Support (ILS) training as a focused, one-day course to help you stay clinically competent, confident, and compliant between qualifications.
